Welcome to Kenilworth Inn Apartments, a fully renovated historic landmark. The stately 1918 building is centrally located within a 2-3 minutes drive to downtown, local hospitals, the Biltmore Estate, and a short walk to Biltmore Village. The location provides easy access to shopping centers, malls, restaurants, and the gorgeous Blue Ridge Parkway. Our fully modernized apartments feature designer lighting and fixtures, granite countertops, tile baths, and beautiful hardwood flooring throughout. Each unit is fully equipped, including its own washer and dryer, microwave, dishwasher, and disposal. With no two units alike, we offer many different sizes, layouts, and features. We are a very friendly building with many areas conducive to socializing and relaxing. To the front and back of the building there are two vast lawns great for picnics and cooking out. You may also wish to take advantage of the mountain views as you relax in the rocking chairs on our sprawling front porch.
